In this series, I will be teaching you a variety of yoga poses. Yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. It is also a great way to relieve stress and tension.
In this evening edition, we will be focusing on poses that are great for relaxation and stress relief. So let’s get started!
The first pose is Child’s Pose. This pose is great for relaxation and stress relief. To perform this pose, start by kneeling on the floor and then fold forward, resting your chest on your thighs. Extend your arms out in front of you, or you can rest your forehead on your hands. Stay in this pose for as long as you like.
The second pose is Seated Forward Bend. This pose is also great for relaxation and stress relief. To perform this pose, sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Bend forward at the waist, and reach for your toes. If you can’t reach your toes, reach as far as you can. Hold this pose for as long as you like.
The third pose is Corpse Pose. This is the ultimate relaxation pose. To perform this pose, simply lie down on your back and relax. Place your arms at your sides, with your palms up. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Stay in this pose for as long as you like.

How To Clean Manduka Eko Yoga Mat
The first step in cleaning your Manduka Eko yoga mat is to sweep or vacuum it to remove any dirt or debris. Next, mix together 2 cups of hot water, 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Pour the mixture over the mat and use a clean cloth or sponge to scrub it until the dirt and grime are gone. Finally, rinse the mat with cold water and allow it to air dry.

Our sizes are based on the American standard sizing system. This system is used in the United States and a few other countries.
The American standard sizing system is based on body measurements. It uses letters and numbers to identify different sizes.
The letters represent the different body parts that are measured. The numbers represent the size of the clothes.
For women, the letters are:
XS: Extra small
XL: Extra large
For men, the letters are:
XL: Extra large
The numbers represent the size of the clothes in inches.
The sizes for women range from XS to XL. The sizes for men range from S to XL.

If you are not sure which size to choose, we recommend that you measure your body and find the size that corresponds to your measurements.
To measure your body, you will need to take the following measurements:

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
Once you have your measurements, you can find the size that corresponds to your measurements on our size chart.
If you are between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
