Yoga Camp With Adriene Day 13
We begin our final day of Yoga Camp with Adriene feeling refreshed and invigorated! We start with a few gentle stretches to limber up the body.
Adriene then guides us through a sequence of sun salutations to warm up the body and get the blood flowing. This sequence is a great way to start your day, or to break up a long work day.
We then move on to some standing poses, which help to build strength and stamina. Adriene guides us through a sequence that includes warrior I, triangle pose, and extended side angle.
We finish our standing sequence with a balancing pose, tree pose. This pose helps to improve balance and focus.
