Start in Table Top Position. Reach your hands back and grab your heels. Keep your hips level and press down into the mat with your palms. Push your chest forward and lift your head and neck up. Hold for 5-10 breaths.
4. Pigeon
Pigeon is a deep hip opener that is perfect for releasing tension in the hips and lower back.
Start in Downward-Facing Dog. Step your right foot forward between your hands and drop your left knee to the ground. Keep your right ankle directly above your left knee. Extend your left arm out in front of you and turn your head to the right. Hold for 5-10 breaths.
