Hot Yoga Dayton

is a locally owned and operated yoga studio in the heart of downtown Dayton, Ohio. We offer a variety of classes daily, including hot yoga, power yoga, vinyasa, and yin. We also offer workshops, teacher trainings, and private sessions.

Our heated yoga classes are practiced in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees and 30% humidity. This heat and humidity create a heated, moist environment that helps to loosen muscles and joints, improving flexibility and range of motion. The heat also helps to increase blood flow and circulation, which helps to detoxify the body and improve overall health.

Our experienced and certified instructors offer modifications and adjustments for all levels, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will be able to find a class and level that is perfect for you.

Providence Hot Yoga

is Providence’s original hot yoga studio. We offer classes in hot yoga, vinyasa, and yin. Our heated yoga classes are based on the Baptiste Methodology. The room is heated to approximately 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This environment allows you to open your pores and release toxins, while the heat helps to stretch your muscles and increase your flexibility. The vinyasa classes are a flowing sequence of postures that link breath with movement. The yin classes are a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body. Our teachers are passionate about yoga and are dedicated to helping you find your practice.
