
There comes a time in every yogi’s life when they must confront the Yoga Ball Plug. This dreaded pose is often cited as the most difficult in all of yoga, and for good reason. The Yoga Ball Plug is a challenging pose that requires a great deal of strength, flexibility, and balance.
To perform the Yoga Ball Plug, you will need a yoga ball and a wall.Begin by standing a few feet away from the wall, with the yoga ball between your feet. Lean forward and place your hands on the ball, then press your feet into the ball as you press your hips toward the wall. Keep your back straight and your head up. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
The Yoga Ball Plug is a great pose for strengthening the muscles in the hips and thighs. It also improves balance and flexibility.
Feet Up Yoga Stand

Inhale and extend your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor.
Exhale and bend your knees, lowering your torso toward the floor.
Stop when your thighs are parallel to the floor and your hands are directly below your shoulders.
Inhale and press your palms into the floor, straightening your arms and lifting your torso back to the starting position.
Repeat 5-10 times.

The posture for the Grinch’s nose is to stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips. Then, lift your chin and stick your nose in the air. The posture for the Grinch’s mouth is to stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips. Then, open your mouth as wide as you can.
