The sequence begins with a few simple poses to warm up the body. Then, we move on to a few more challenging poses. Finally, we finish with a few relaxing poses.

Wall Yin Yoga Sequence
The Wall Yin Yoga Sequence is a great way to open up the hips and spine. This sequence can be done using a wall or a bolster. If using a wall, come into a standing position with your back to the wall. If using a bolster, place the bolster against a wall.
Step 1: Bring your left foot to the wall and your right foot behind you. Make sure your hips are parallel to the wall.
Step 2: Place your left hand on the wall and your right hand on your hip.
Step 3: Lean into the wall, and press your hips and spine against the wall.
Step 4: Hold for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides.
