Finally, don’t be afraid to ask questions. If you don’t understand something, don’t be afraid to ask the instructor for clarification. And if you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, don’t hesitate to speak up. Yoga can be a great way to get in shape, but it’s important to do it safely.
