How To Do Goddess Pose Yoga
The goddess pose yoga is a powerful pose that is said to be able to give you the power of a goddess. This pose is a great way to open up your hips and get a deep stretch in your thighs.
To do the goddess pose yoga, you will need to start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart. Turn your left foot out to the side and your right foot in to the center. Bend your left knee and squat down, bringing your left hand to your left ankle or thigh.
Inhale and reach your right arm up to the sky, looking up at your hand. Hold for five breaths and then switch sides.
