How I Met Your Father Yoga Scene
The first time I ever met your father was in a yoga class. I was new to the scene and he was already a regular. We locked eyes as we both reached for the same downward dog pose and I could tell he was a bad boy.
He had that rough exterior, the one that said he could take care of himself. But I could also see the softer side, the one that was sensitive and caring. I knew I had to get to know him better.
We started talking after class and I soon found out that he was a widower. His wife had died a few years earlier and he was still struggling to come to terms with it. I could understand what he was going through because I had also recently lost my husband.
We bonded over our shared grief and soon we were inseparable. We started dating and eventually got married. I couldn’t have been happier. I had finally found the man of my dreams.
And now, years later, I’m glad to call him my husband and the father of my children. I know it was fate that brought us together in that yoga class and I’m so grateful that we found each other.
