1. Start in Mountain Pose.

2. Inhale and raise your arms above your head.

3. Exhale and fold forward, keeping your spine straight.

4. Hold for a few seconds, then inhale and rise back to Mountain Pose.

5. Repeat 2-4 times.

Upper-Body Poses

1. Start in Downward-Facing Dog.

2. Inhale and raise your right arm up to the ceiling.

3. Exhale and lower your arm.

4. Repeat on the left side.

5. Continue alternating for a few seconds.

6. Then, hold both arms up in the air for a few seconds.

7. Repeat 2-6.

Lower-Body Poses

1. Start in Downward-Facing Dog.

2. Inhale and raise your right leg up to the ceiling.

3. Exhale and lower your leg.

4. Repeat on the left side.

5. Continue alternating for a few seconds.

6. Then, raise both legs up to the ceiling for a few seconds.

7. Repeat 2-6.

Cool Down

1. Start in Child’s Pose.

2. Take a few deep breaths, then rise to a seated position.

3. Stretch your arms out to the sides.

4. Hold for a few seconds, then repeat 2-3 times.

5. Finally, stretch your legs out in front of you.

Hold for a few seconds, then repeat 2-3 times.
