Beginner Yoga Classes

At Tru Yoga, we understand that starting yoga can be intimidating. That’s why we offer beginner classes that are designed to make the transition into yoga as easy as possible.   • Mindful & Creative Sequencing: Each class will feature creative flows and sequences to keep your mind engaged. Through this, you will gain an understanding of how postures fit together.
  • Connecting to Your Breath:Putting an emphasis on proper breathing techniques, our instructor will help you learn how to connect your breath to your physical practice. You will learn how to use your breath to go deeper into postures and promote relaxation.
