We guarantee that the products are delivered on time, this is also known as On-time Delivery. On-time Delivery starts the moment the product is shipped. If you have purchased anything but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

Scope of Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 35 days in USA. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Coach Yoga;

Returns & Refund

The items I received were not as described . What can I do?
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable to both you and Coach Yoga.

Returns & Refund Guarantee

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided for every product we sell on Coach Yoga.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described, you can contact us to resolve these problems (according to the returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on Coach Yoga have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:

  1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
  2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)

Domestic Returns

What if I am simply unhappy with my purchase? Can I get a refund, even if there is nothing wrong with the product?
Yes, any product is covered by Domestic Returns and can be returned domestically, as long as it is unused and in perfect condition. No questions asked.

Domestic Returns

Domestic Returns is an extra return policy that we offer on Coach Yoga. Products can be returned domestically, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
With Domestic Returns, you get an extra 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item.

We offer this extra service.

Meaning of ‘unused and in the original packaging’

  1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
  2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
  3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
  4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the seller.
  5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.

Guaranteed Protection Period

With Domestic Returns you get an extra 15 days, on top of the order completion date, to decide if you want to keep or return the item. The order completion date and time can be found in your order details.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests

  1. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Refunds do not apply if:
    You did not receive your items and forgot to apply for a refund on time (=on-time delivery date + 15 days).

Return Shipping Fee

You will only have to pay a domestic shipping fee, as the items need to be returned to a warehouse in your country.
