Today is day 19 of our 30 day yoga journey! Today’s pose is Camel pose. Camel pose is a back bend that opens up the chest and front of the body. It is a great pose to help relieve tension in the neck and shoulders.
To do Camel pose, start in a kneeling position. Place your hands on your hips, and press your hips forward. Reach back with your hands and grab your heels. Keep your chin parallel to the floor, and slowly arch your back. Hold the pose for a few breaths, and then release.
