Sequence Yoga Book

Club

Sequence Yoga is a book club that meets once a month to discuss a different yoga book. We read a variety of books, from beginners’ guides to advanced texts. Our goal is to deepen our understanding of yoga and to learn from each other.

We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. Our next meeting is on November 22nd, and we will be discussing The Radiance Sutras by Lorin Roche.

If you are interested in joining us, please email [email protected]. We would love to have you!
