Sedona Hot Yoga Schedule

Sedona Hot Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes seven days a week. Our heated yoga classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and balance. The studio is heated to 95 degrees and 30% humidity.
We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to experienced yogis. In each class, we work on breath control, called pranayama, and focus on different areas of the body. Our classes are designed to detoxify the body and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hot Flow
All of our classes are beginner-friendly and are open to all levels of students. If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with a Hatha or Vinyasa class. These classes focus on the basics of yoga and will help you develop a strong foundation.
If you are an experienced yogi, we recommend trying a Power or Bikram class. These classes are more challenging and will provide a more intense workout.
We also offer Hot Flow classes, which are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. These classes are a great option for experienced yogis who want a challenging but fun workout.
