The studio opened in 2007 and is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Dave and Annie. Annie is a Bikram Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2001. Dave is a massage therapist and has been practicing massage since 1997.

The studio is located in the heart of downtown San Mateo, just a few blocks from the Caltrain station. There is ample street parking and the studio is wheelchair accessible.
