This pose is a great way to stretch the muscles in your hips and lower back. To do this pose, sit with your legs extended in front of you. Bend your right knee and place your foot on the inside of your left thigh. Reach your right arm behind you and clasp your hands together. Twist to the right and hold this pose for five breaths. Switch sides.

This pose is a great way to end your yoga sequence and stretch out your hips and lower back. To do this pose, start in a kneeling position. Then, sit back on your heels and extend your arms forward. Hold this pose for five breaths.
