In addition to our hatha yoga classes and workshops, we also offer a range of services such as yoga-on-demand and private yoga instruction. For those seeking to explore their own yoga practice further, we have a series of training programs designed to prepare and equip our students to become certified instructors.

I am passionate about yoga and this is my blog. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5. Yoga has transformed my life in so many ways and I love being able to share that with others.
