Radi8 Hot Yoga was founded in 2014 by Rachael Hird. Rachael is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping people connect with their bodies and find peace and strength through yoga. Rachael is also a certified barre instructor and Pilates instructor.

At Radi8 Hot Yoga, we believe that yoga is for everyone. We offer a variety of classes for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginner to experienced.
