True Hot Yoga

is a process of purification that leads to the experience of the divine. It is the yoga of transformation. In this yoga, we use the heat of the practice to open the body and mind, so that we can let go of what is no longer serving us and connect with our authentic selves.

Hot Yoga is a sequence of postures, or asanas, that are performed in a heated room. The heat allows us to stretch further, and warmed muscles are less likely to injure. The heat also helps to release toxins from the body, and increases the heart rate and circulation, which leads to a better cardiovascular workout.
