Proper Sequence Of Yoga Poses

There is a proper sequence to yoga poses in order to achieve the most benefits. This sequence is designed to warm-up the body, increase flexibility and strength, and finally, relax the mind and body.

The following are the basic yoga poses that should be performed in the order listed:

1. Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A) – This series of poses warms up the body and increases flexibility.

2. Half Camel Pose (Ustrasana) – This pose stretches the back and hips.

3. Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana) – This pose strengthens the arms, legs, and back.

4. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) – This pose stretches the sides of the body.
