is a studio that opened in the summer of 2017. Balance is the only hot yoga studio in the Renton area. We offer classes seven days a week and over 30 classes per week. We have a heated studio that is set at 105 degrees and 40% humidity. Our classes are all 60 minutes long. We have a variety of classes that range from beginner to advanced. Our teachers are passionate about helping students find their personal practice, and our classes are designed to be challenging and fun. Our studio is heated to approximately 95 degrees, and we use heat to help loosen the body and open the pores. This allows for a deeper practice and encourages the body to detoxify.
