• Bend over at the waist and extend your hands and feet out in front of you
• Push your hips up towards the sky, and hold the pose for 10-15 seconds
• Repeat the pose 2-3 times
2) Camel pose
Camel pose is another great beginner yoga pose for two people. It helps to open up the chest and improve posture.
To perform this pose:
• Start by kneeling on the ground, and then place your hands on your hips
• As you inhale, lift your chest up and arch your back backwards
• Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds, and then release
• Repeat the pose 2-3 times

Downward-Facing Dog: This pose stretches the hamstrings, calves, and back. It also strengthens the arms and legs.
To do this pose, start on all fours with your hands directly below your shoulders and your knees directly below your hips. Exhale and lift your hips up and back, so that your body forms an inverted V shape. Make sure your heels are close to the floor and your head is between your arms. Hold this pose for five breaths.
Warrior II: This pose strengthens the legs, glutes, and core. It also stretches the hips, chest, and shoulders.
To do this pose, stand with your feet hip-width apart. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot in slightly. Bend your right knee until it is directly over your ankle. Reach your arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor. Hold this pose for five breaths, then switch sides.
Tree Pose: This pose strengthens the legs, glutes, and core. It also stretches the hips and groin.
To do this pose, stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your right knee and place the sole of your right foot against your inner left thigh. Reach your arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor. Hold this pose for five breaths, then switch sides.
