Jenkintown Hot Yoga
is a locally-owned and operated business that has been providing hot yoga classes to the Jenkintown area since 2002. Our classes are designed to help students improve their overall health and wellbeing, and our instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Our hot yoga classes are based on the Bikram yoga style, which is a type of yoga that is practiced in a room that is heated to approximately 105 degrees. This heat helps to loosen the muscles and joints, and it also helps to improve circulation and breathing.
At Jenkintown Hot Yoga, we believe that yoga is for everyone, and we offer classes for students of all levels. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we provide modifications for students who are new to yoga or who are struggling with certain poses.
We also offer classes for pregnant women, and our instructors are certified prenatal yoga instructors. Our prenatal classes are designed to help pregnant women prepare for childbirth and to help them maintain their health and wellbeing during pregnancy.
We believe that yoga is a life-changing experience, and we hope that you will join us for a class soon.

Calories Burned At Hot Yoga
When you attend a hot yoga class, you can expect to burn about 500-700 calories in a single session. The intense heat and humidity in the room help to increase the rate at which your body burns calories, as well as the amount of sweat that is produced.
The heat and humidity also help to loosen up your muscles, allowing you to move more freely and increase the intensity of your workout. In general, hot yoga is a great way to burn calories and improve your fitness level.

I am passionate about yoga and this is my blog. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5.
