Start in downward dog. Reach your right hand up to the sky, and then reach your left hand back to touch your right ankle. Hold for a few breaths, and then switch sides.

Next, come into a low lunge. Reach your right arm up to the sky, and then reach your left arm back to touch your right ankle. Hold for a few breaths, and then switch sides.

From here, come into a high lunge. Reach your right arm up to the sky, and then reach your left arm back to touch your right ankle. Hold for a few breaths, and then switch sides.

Finally, come into a Warrior III. Reach your right arm up to the sky, and then reach your left arm back to touch your right ankle. Hold for a few breaths, and then switch sides.

When you’re finished, take a few deep breaths and relax in child’s pose.
