For example some studios offer early morning classes for people who want an energizing start to the day or late night sessions for those struggling with insomnia due to stress or lack of exercise during the day. In addition to these offerings more and more studios have started making classes accessible virtually allowing anyone from anywhere to participate in yoga without having to leave their home.
