Hot Yoga Stretch
The benefits of hot yoga are vast and many. The heat allows for a deeper stretch, which in turn leads to increased flexibility and range of motion. Additionally, the heat helps to detoxify the body by flushing out toxins. The sweat that is produced during a hot yoga class also helps to cool the body down, which is beneficial in the summer months.
