Hot Yoga Shorts Womens
There is a reason that hot yoga shorts are womenswear specific- because they are essential for performing in a heated yoga class. The high heat in these classes makes traditional yoga pants too hot and constricting, but shorts allow for better airflow and range of motion. Additionally, the snug fit of shorts makes them less likely to ride up or fall down during vigorous poses.
At Prana, we understand the needs of hot yoga practitioners and have designed a line of shorts specifically for this type of yoga. Our shorts are made with a lightweight and breathable fabric that helps you stay cool and comfortable during your practice. They also have a snug fit that will stay in place during even the most strenuous poses.
If you are looking for a pair of shorts that can keep up with your heated yoga class, look no further than Prana’s line of hot yoga shorts.

Blogs to Keep You Inspired
Hot yoga is all the rage. If you’re not doing it, you’re likely hearing about it from friends, family, or colleagues. It seems like everyone is trying to get their sweat on in a room heated to anywhere from 90 to 105 degrees.
The heat allows you to work deeper into the poses, and the humidity helps keep you from overheating. But before you head to your first hot yoga class, it’s important to know a few things.
1. Drink plenty of water before and after your practice.
2. Wear breathable clothing that wicks away moisture.
3. Avoid eating a heavy meal before class.
4. Make sure to bring a towel and a water bottle.
5. Listen to your body and modify poses as needed.
6. Exit the room if you feel lightheaded or overheated.
7. Don’t be afraid to ask the instructor for help.
8. Don’t forget to smile and have fun!

I am passionate about yoga and this is my blog. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5. Yoga has transformed my life in so many ways and I love being able to share that with others. My hope is that through this blog, I can help people learn more about yoga, connect with other yogis, and find inspiration to live a healthier, happier life.
