To perform Downward-Facing Dog, start in Tabletop Position. Then, tuck your toes under and lift your hips up towards the ceiling. Keep your spine lengthened and your shoulders relaxed. Hold for 5-10 breaths.

To perform Child’s Pose, start in Tabletop Position. Then, sit back on your heels and extend your arms forward. Keep your spine lengthened and your chest open. Hold for 5-10 breaths.
