is a yoga studio in downtown Greenville, SC. We offer hot yoga classes, vinyasa classes, and barre classes. Our hot yoga classes are heated to 105 degrees and our vinyasa and barre classes are not heated. We offer a variety of class times throughout the day and week.

Our mission is to provide a welcoming and safe environment for people of all ages and levels of experience to come and practice yoga. We offer classes for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We strive to create a community of yoga practitioners who are committed to their own personal growth and who are supportive of one another.

Our studio is a beautiful, light-filled space with hardwood floors and high ceilings. We have five yoga mats, eight blocks, and eight straps available for use in our classes. We also have a changing room, restroom, and water fountain.



We offer a variety of class packages and memberships. We also offer a 10-class card that can be used for any of our classes.
