Hot Yoga University Schedule

Classes are held Monday through Friday at varying times. Please consult the schedule below to find the class that best suits your needs.



All classes are 90 minutes long.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to get settled.

We recommend you bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.

If you are a new student, please arrive 30 minutes early to fill out a waiver and meet the instructor.
