All you need is a regular bath towel and some sewing skills. First, cut the towel to the size you want. I recommend making it a little smaller than your mat, so it doesn’t move around. Then, sew a tube around the outside edge of the towel. This will create a channel for the water to run off of the towel.
To use your new yoga towel, just wet it down and wring it out. Then, lay it on top of your mat and start practicing. The wet towel will keep your mat from getting sweaty, and the water will run off the towel and into the floor.
