Challenge 3 Person Yoga Poses
The world of yoga is constantly expanding, with new and innovative poses being created all the time. While many of these poses are designed for a single person, there are a few challenging poses that can be performed with three people.
The Triangle Pose is a basic pose that can be performed with three people. To do this pose, have the person in the middle extend their arms straight out to the side, and have the people on either side place their hands on the middle person’s shoulders. The person in the middle should then step back with one foot, and tilt their torso to the side, extending their arm towards the floor. The people on either side should keep their arms straight, and hold the position for a few seconds before releasing.
The Three-Legged Downward Dog Pose is another basic pose that can be performed with three people. To do this pose, have the person in the middle extend their arms and legs out straight, and have the people on either side place their hands on the middle person’s shoulders and feet. The person in the middle should then push themselves up into a downward dog pose, and hold the position for a few seconds before releasing.
The King Pigeon Pose is a more advanced pose that can be performed with three people. To do this pose, have the person in the middle extend their arms and legs out straight, and have the people on either side place their hands on the middle person’s shoulders and feet. The person in the middle should then tilt their torso to the side, and extend their leg out to the side. The people on either side should keep their arms and legs straight, and hold the position for a few seconds before releasing.
