Hot Yoga Schedule
Welcome to our hot yoga schedule! Our classes are designed to help you deepen your practice, increase your flexibility and strength, and find more peace and happiness in your life.
Our hot yoga classes are conducted in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This heated environment allows you to work deeper into your poses, and helps to loosen muscles and detoxify the body.
If you are new to hot yoga, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to your first class so that our instructors can help you get adjusted to the heat. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your class, and to avoid eating a large meal within two hours of your practice.
We hope you enjoy our hot yoga classes!

I am passionate about yoga and this is my blog. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5. Yoga has transformed my life in so many ways and I love being able to share that with others. My hope is that through this blog, I can help people learn more about yoga, connect with other yogis, and find inspiration to live a healthier, happier life.
