Yoga With Adriene Day 30

-31

Welcome to the last day of the month! You made it! You might feel a sense of accomplishment, or a sense of sadness that it is over- but it’s not really over. This is a new beginning. A new day. A new month. A new year. Today we focus on the breath and the present moment. The Now. Onward!

Day 30: Today we focus on the breath and the present moment. The Now. Onward!

The breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. It is the link between the physical and the spiritual. When we focus on the breath, we focus on the present moment. We connect with our breath, and we connect with our body. We become aware of the physical sensations in the body, and we become aware of the thoughts and emotions in the mind. We connect with our inner self, and we connect with the universe. The breath is our gateway to the present moment, and the present moment is our gateway to the universe.

Day 31: The present moment is our gateway to the universe.

The present moment is a powerful thing. It is the only moment that exists. The past is gone, and the future has not yet arrived. The present moment is all we have. It is the only moment we can experience. It is the only moment we can change. The present moment is our gateway to the universe.

Bbno$ Yoga

I’ve been practicing yoga for years now and it’s one of my favorite ways to stay fit and flexible. I’ve also found that it helps improve my mental clarity and focus. Not only is yoga a great workout, but it’s also a form of meditation that can help you relax and de-stress.

There are many different types of yoga, but I typically practice Vinyasa or Ashtanga. In Vinyasa yoga, the poses are linked together in a flowing sequence, while Ashtanga is a more rigorous style that follows a set sequence of poses.

No matter what type of yoga you practice, the basic principles are the same. You’ll need a yoga mat, some comfortable clothes, and maybe a yoga block and strap. You can find a lot of great yoga poses and sequences online, or in yoga books and magazines.

If you’re just starting out, I recommend finding a beginner’s yoga class at a local studio. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can try a yoga retreat or workshop.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, I hope you’ll give Bbno$ Yoga a try!
