If you’re new to yoga, or just looking for a more challenging workout, I’ve put together a sequence of poses that will get your heart rate up and your muscles working!

This sequence is a great way to start your day, or to use as a break in the middle of your day. It will take about 20-30 minutes to complete.

Exhale and step or jump back to Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Inhale and reach your left leg up, then exhale and switch legs.
