1. Come to standing and ground through all four corners of your feet.

2. Inhale and reach your arms up overhead.

3. Exhale and fold forward, hinging at your hips.

4. Grab ahold of your elbows and hang here for a few breaths.

5. Inhale and slowly rise back to standing.

6. Repeat steps 2-5 two more times.

7. On your final exhale in step 5, hinge forward and reach your arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground.

8. Take a few deep breaths here and feel your side bodies open up.

9. Come back to standing and repeat steps 2-5 one more time.
