This is a 60 minute Yin Yoga sequence that I created. I hope you enjoy it!

1. Start in a seated position with your legs crossed

2. Bring your hands to your heart center and close your eyes

3. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any stress or tension you may be holding on to

4. Inhale and lift your chest up

5. Exhale and fold forward, keeping your spine long

6. Hold for 5-10 breaths

7. Inhale and come back to a seated position

8. Bring your left hand to your heart center and extend your right arm up to the sky

9. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any stress or tension you may be holding on to

10. Inhale and lift your chest up

11. Exhale and fold forward, keeping your spine long

12. Hold for 5-10 breaths

13. Inhale and come back to a seated position

14. Bring your right hand to your heart center and extend your left arm up to the sky

15. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any stress or tension you may be holding on to

16. Inhale and lift your chest up

17. Exhale and fold forward, keeping your spine long

18. Hold for 5-10 breaths

6. Lower down to your stomach and rest in Child’s Pose for a few breaths.

7. Come back up to a Seated position and take a few final deep breaths in and out, allowing yourself to relax and reflect on your practice.
