Day 1- Before

The person in this picture is very stiff and has poor posture. Notice how her shoulders are rounded and her head is tilted forward. She also has a very weak core.

Day 100- After



After practicing yoga for 100 days, the person in this picture has improved her posture dramatically. Her shoulders are back and her head is up. She also has a much stronger core.
